Telephone Consultation
Prior to any formal agreement of work, an initial free telephone consultation can be arranged to discuss your situation, how Hannah may be able to help and what this would entail.
Psychological Assessment
Brief Initial Assessment: An initial assessment of 1 or 2 sessions takes place to develop a clear understanding of the challenges and a focus for future intervention.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment: A comprehensive psychological assessment will be recommended for those difficulties and challenges which are complex and less clear. The number of sessions will be contingent upon the individual situation.
Psychological Intervention
Intervention sessions are determined by;
- Outcome of the initial assessment
- Agreement with the client
- Complexity of the difficulties and challenges being worked through
- Therapeutic approach
Individual sessions range from 50 minutes to 1½ hours
A range of therapeutic approaches are available including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), narrative and systemic approaches.
Consultation
Consultation and one-off sessions can be provided to professionals, teams and individuals, privately or within organisations, regarding all areas associated with clinical and sport psychology.
Supervision
Ad hoc and regular supervision is available for individuals and groups, privately or within organisations. Hannah regularly supervises individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds.

Teaching
Tailored teaching, training and workshop packages on a variety of clinical and sport psychology topics and areas (including, mental health, parenting dilemmas, performance enhancement, ‘being your next best’) can be developed for a wide range of audiences (e.g., academics, professionals, coaches, parents, sportspeople/athletes etc.).

In the event of the difficulty of occasional geographical challenges, consultation, supervision and/or sessional work can be provided virtually (e.g., via Skype/Zoom). Such service provision can be discussed as and when appropriate.
